After an order is placed via the internet, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order and are processing it. Please review your order for any errors in the contact information (addresses and phone numbers) and the order. It is very important that we have complete and accurate email address and phone number as this is the only way we and FEDEX may be able to contact you in the event of a unseen problem. If you find a mistake, please
contact us immediately.

| How do I change my order (cancel or change items)? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. You may still be able to change the order if it has not been shipped; please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the Exchanges/Returns procedures. |
| How do I track my order? |

- All ordered placed on the website receive a confirmation email. In this email is an order status link. This is the easiest and fastest way to check the most current status about your order
including tracking information.
- If your order is placed by phone, fax or mail your order status and history will not be saved on
our site, you must contact us.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
| When will my backorder arrive? |
| |
In the event, the item ordered is not immediately available for shipment we will contact you - either by email or telephone within one business day. You will be given the options to either cancel the item,
keep the item on order (backorder) or make a substitution. If you elect to backorder the item, we will keep you posted on status of your backorder, and will ship it as soon as it arrives. You will be notified
with a confirmation email (and tracking number) when the item is shipped. Separate shipping charges will not be applied for separate shipments. We never charge your credit card or cash your check until the item ships.
