Please contact us prior to all returns, so we may start to process your return as soon as possible.

Please place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice; mark on the instructions any note you may have for us. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, Priority Confirmation with USPS to:

If you contact us with a refund status request, please have your order number available.

Squash Design prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction; we do our very best to provide you with excellent craftsmanship in all our products and service. Your satisfaction is always our first priority.  In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so we may address any questions or concerns you may have.  You may return an item for a refund (or exchange) within 30 days from the day of delivery. For items returned after this period, there will be a 20% restocking charge.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition; worn garments (unless defective) will not be eligible for return.  For our shoe purchases we highly recommend trying the shoes on at home on carpeting to make sure the fit and feel is what is best for you. All shoes returned must be returned with the original box, with all insoles included.  Please do not write on the original footwear box nor use the box as your shipping container.

We will refund the full purchase price of the order. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable under most circumstances. We will do our very best to process your request for a refund as quickly as possible. Please allow at least one working week from when we receive your return to process your refund and credit your account.
