- We accept checks (drawn on US Banks only), money orders, and VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit cards.
- Orders may be placed over the internet - we use industry-standard SSL
encryption (provided by Volusion) for our processing. - In addition, we welcome orders over the telephone.

| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

Customers with Connecticut billing addresses are required by law to pay a sales tax of 6%. Orders from all other states are exempt from this tax. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and accompanied by their original packaging. Once returns have been inspected, Squash Design USA will issue credit. When your account is credited depends on your credit card company. Once we have notified the company, it can take anywhere from 7 - 10 days. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

When making a credit purchase, you will be charged as soon as the order is complete. Charges will appear on your statement anywhere from a few hours to a few days. |
